Here's the good and the not-so-good

The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the warm pool after a long day.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited and the parking lot needed better snow removal .

Coffee bags (reg & decaf) were opposite colors of all other hotels I've stayed in; had full cup of reg (green bag) before realized it wasn't decaf. Computer was slow & had some glitches

Quiet and included the basic amenities.

Unexpected morning wake-up call

The staff's warm welcome and spacious rooms made our stay pleasant, but it was an unfortunate morning surprise when someone tried to enter our room.

Since we were not staying in the relatively large town of Marquette we thought that the room would be marginal at best. When we saw our suite and the amount of room we had along with the amenities, to say the least we were amazed. The room was very clean and meticulously made-up. We would enthusiastically recommend the Jasper Ridge Inn to all.

If we had a negative comment it would be that, in keeping with the class of the Inn we would have loved to ceramic mugs for the coffee and glasses for water.

Clean room. Quickly provided roll-away bed for son when requested. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was an annoying issue with the WiFi. I got great signal strength. But there were server issues that prevented internet access. I twice had the front desk re-boot the Wifi. It would then work for awhile, then the issue would recur. Very difficult to keep in contact with business back home.

Consider me officially shocked

I was actually surprised by the warmth and cleanliness of this hotel. The location couldn't be better, with fuel and food nearby. The breakfast offered various options that exceeded typical motels. The staff was friendly and accommodating! I would definitely recommend it for travelers passing through.

Hotel is modern, favourable location, courteous staff. Good service, immaculate room with the hot tub and a pull out bed, as example. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Location near to many fast food places, the RV park, and downtown. Also, close to everything in town. Lovely overall experience...

The hotel had indeed a great location close to everything in town. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lake Bancroft.

Nice surprise!

The queen room was super clean and comfy. It had a fridge and microwave, nice. The pool was warm and inviting. Breakfast set up was simple but effective, with pre-prepared plates. Staff was friendly and helpful. The brewery right next door was a fun bonus. Easy to find near 41 and quiet at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I even forgot my toothbrush and they got me one free of charge. The breakfast was not bad at all, they had these lil fruit cups with grapes and cherries that were really nice!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the value, I guess it was alright.

I loved the cozy lobby with its beautiful fireplace and friendly staff. The recently remodeled rooms, and I appreciated how clean everything was.

We had a spacious, clean suite that was perfect for our family getaway. The location was fab for snowmobiling, and there was even a brewery nearby! We felt right at home .

And for $170 a night? Let's just say, I wasn't expecting to be hiking with my luggage!
